All credit card details are handled through a third party secure server using 128 bit encryption, so we don't see or store your details This is safer than using your card in a shop or over the telephone as there are no humans involved in the transaction. MasterCard SecureCode (3D Secure) has been implemented on our Protx payment gateway.

In a 3D Secure transaction, the customer must register for Verified by Visa (VbV) or MasterCard SecureCode (MSC) with their issuing bank if they have not already done so. When they place their order, they will be asked to register their card before continuing with the transaction. The transaction process is as follows:

1. The customer will complete their order and add products to their shopping cart as usual.
   
2. At the checkout stage, if the customer selects to pay by Visa, Visa Delta and Visa Debit, Maestro or MasterCard, they will be redirected to their issuing bank where they will need to enter their password.
   
3. The bank will verify the password and the transaction will continue as normal.

We also accept payments made via Paypal.

Please print off a copy of your order OR make notes of the items,  codes and prices and we will process the order as a "customer not present transaction" so be prepared for some interesting questions!

Alternatively send your order by post by printing off a copy of your order form - just select the "Collect from Tyrrells / Postal order form section at the payment options at the checkout..

If you are unable to do this  please list the items, descriptions, code numbers and prices. We do not accept cheques from non UK banks.
